This newly constructed home is right on the Rio Grande river with gorgeous views in every direction. It is just steps to the river’s edge from the back deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening barbeque. The open layout of the kitchen and living area is perfect for large groups of family and friends to gather around the 10’ granite island or lounge in the living room by a fire watching the 65” flatscreen. The game room treats you to a beautiful mountain bluff view out the front wall of windows while the river flows in back. Challenge others to a competitive game on the 12 ft shuffleboard table, a friendly game of pool or grab a board game from a variety in the nearby closet. The game room also includes a queen sleeper sofa and a 60” smart tv. The master bedroom has its own river view and deck access with a king size bed and master bathroom that include a walk-in shower with dual rain and massage shower heads and dual vanities. Also, downstairs, there is a fully equipped laundry room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Beautiful lakeside cabin. Spacious room for my whole family lots of entertainment. Would love to come back next year! And actually closer to wolf creek!

Beautiful house and great location, hadn’t been rented in 3wks prior to our stay. Was dusty and hair on staircase and corners of the main room. No toilet paper or paper towels, manager brought some!😢😢
