About this house rental

Welcome to the Stargazer Chalet! Our freshly renovated home is a super private, secluded 4 bedroom with a loft and a kids cave that sleeps 2-4, 3 bath 2200 sf house that backs to thousands of acres of national forest. It offers an over-sized 2 car garage with carport, 6 person private hot tub and expansive deck. The deck is perfect for stargazing as the Milky Way is always visible since there are no light sources nearby. The chalet is located 5 miles South from Purgatory resort. 4 wheel drive is mandatory in winter months of November - March as the house is up the hill from the highway, but driveway is paved and plowed continously on snowy days. Very fast Starlink internet 400+ mps. Owner managed and located 5 minutes away for any needs.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and feel right at home. The views were stunning—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. Best of all, the hosts were the nicest we've ever encountered—so kind, responsive, and thoughtful. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend! And dog Friendly!
