Great home base for a Durango family vacation. We ended almost every night in the hot tub and enjoyed the game room, too.

We had an amazing time. The game room was really cool and the whole housebwas spacious. Nice hot tub!Location was also great if you are coming from the South.

We had 8 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs for a family celebration of our youngest graduating from Fort Lewis College. The place is lovely, clean, and so cozy! We appreciate the fully stocked kitchen including bananas, muffins, oatmeal and a full coffee bar awaiting us when we arrived for our first morning. Loved the hot tub, the privacy and the gorgeous views all around. The game room was a fun family gathering place too. Highly recommend this place!
