Near Sarlat, discover this beautiful stone house and its large landscaped garden of 2500 m2 located in the heart of fields and forests. Nestled in the heart of nature, this characterful house reveals the true charm of the countryside, a true haven of peace and the perfect place to recharge. With thick stone walls, it is ideal for protecting you from the intense summer heat.
Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful tree-lined garden fully secured by a hedge and a gate, and featuring a large unheated pool open from 30/05 to 27/09, perfect for cooling off during hot summer days. A lovely terrace equipped with armchairs, sun loungers, as well as a table and a barbecue will allow you to relax in the sun and share your meals outdoors during the beautiful season. And whether on the trampoline or around the ping-pong table, children and adults alike will find plenty to entertain themselves throughout their stay.
From the moment you enter, you will be charmed by the typical stone house of the region. You will find all the necessary comfort to spend an excellent stay. On the ground floor, you will discover the separate kitchen equipped with: gas hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the utensils you may need. It has a round table around which you can gather to share your breakfast.
By going down a few steps, you will find the first bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a recently renovated bathroom and a toilet.
The living room / dining room is accessible by climbing a few steps from the kitchen. It will invite you to relax on its sofas and allow you to watch a film or follow a sporting event on television. The large table, for its part, will invite you to gather to enjoy a friendly moment while savouring delicious meals prepared by yourself.
Upstairs in the house, find the 2 other bedrooms, as well as a toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds (90 x 190) and the third with a double bed (140 x 190) and a single bed (90 x 190).
For added convenience, this house is equipped with a high chair, a washing machine, a fan is provided in each room and you can park 2 cars inside the plot. It also has a storage room to safely store your bicycles.
