With 175 m² of interior space and a 251 m² garden, the villa offers everything needed for a pleasant stay for up to eight guests. It features three spacious bedrooms with double beds, and two of them offer the possibility of adding a fold-out bed, allowing accommodation for six main guests plus two additional ones. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets for a peaceful, undisturbed sleep.
The living room includes satellite TV, while the modern kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for preparing and enjoying meals. The villa has two bathrooms with showers and a washing machine, which is especially convenient for longer stays. Guests also have access to a separate entertainment area with a pool table, darts, PlayStation console, fitness equipment, and a flat TV – a perfect space for fun and relaxation at any time of day.
Outside, there is a heated swimming pool that allows swimming even outside the peak summer season, and children can enjoy their own playground with a slide and swing.
