Spacious apartment. Breakfast was fresh.
Food from the restaurant was delivered to the room and of good quality.
Lovely view from the balcony.
The hostess was pleasant to deal with.
Lots of little irritations that are unusual at this price point.
After a long flight, we waited on the street for keys with our luggage for 30 minutes before our host arrived to hand us the keys. This was after calling the host to let them know we were waiting outside, as well as giving notice of our arrival time a few days in advance.
One of the bedrooms has no air conditioning and gets pretty hot. The two guests in that room were bitten by mosquitos most nights. The other two rooms were cool and comfortable though.
Quite a bit of dust on shelves and high surfaces might be a problem for people with dust allergies.
The wifi didn't work at all for the first day. We couldn't contact anyone to fix it until the following day.
The TV couldn't be used for the first day because of some issues including no batteries in the remote control!
Again we couldn't get any help for this until the following day.
There is a playstation in the room but without any games so was not usable for us.
Many of these issues could be easily sorted out by the hosts checking the apartment beforehand to make sure it is ready for guests.
