We had a lovely week in Croatia, this large house is well equipped, everything you would require, very clean, well equipped very comfortable beds, the whole house has 5 bedrooms, but it could be split into 2 self contained living spaces main part of house there are 3 large double bedded bedrooms, 2 of which have balcony access at front + large shower room with toilet + washing machine all on upper floor, down a few stairs well equipped kitchen with all essentials, dining area & Lounge area overlooking swimming pool this floor also has a toilet in entrance hall, next to which are few steps which lead to lower floor, which could be another self contained accommodation, 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin room, kitchen, toilet and separate shower room, the door leads out onto patio, we had the whole house a required all 5 bedrooms, we made used of the outdoor oven, used swimming pool daily, the villa is on a frequently used road, there is a speed bump directly outside property boundary wall so traffic slows down, we hired cars probably essential to have some type of transport. there are local produce fruit sellers, a small supermarket and a bar within walking distance. on arrival the keys handed over at the property, the key holder is very friendly and is close by if required. Zadar beautiful old town + port is 15 minute drive, the village of Nin is also 12 minutes away by car and is worth a visit. Lovely comfortable stay.

Hell .sehr sauber . Super saubere Pool . Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber . Waschmaschinen .Waschmittel Putzmittel alles da .super ! Sehr gut ausgestattet haben nichts vermisst Danke .

Leider liegt das Haus an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse .
