Everything! Super clean, so spacious, luxury. Loretta was an exceptional host, so kind and welcoming. We booked it for my fiance's surprise 30th birthday and Loretta went above and beyond to ensure we gave her the best trip. The pool was great. The hot tub was brilliant. The views from the villa are stunning. We were a group of 9 friends and every single one of us had the best time of our lives. We were so sad to leave!

We had a great stay at Villa Panorama, the only disappointment being unable to use the beautiful pool.

The house is nicely situated on the hill above Zadar, with beautiful views of the harbor area, Uglian island, and spectacular sunsets from its many decks. The house and grounds are beautiful and well-tended. Each of the five comfortable bedrooms is en-suite and has its own TV, with a 6th bathroom off the kitchen/deck level for convenience. The house also has both a washer and dryer which were very convenient. One very nice feature—the house has large dining tables both off the kitchen and on the patio by the Croatian-style barbecue, each of which comfortably seated our family group of 10.

We realize this spring has been cooler than normal across most of Croatia, but we were very disappointed that the ‘all year pool’ was not even partially heated. Our six-year-old granddaughter was particularly disappointed as she had had visions of jumping in immediately on arrival and spending large parts of each day swimming. Instead the pool was suitable only for a Polar Bear Plunge. For the amount of Euros we paid for a 9-night stay, we were very disappointed that the owners would not at least partly heat the beautiful pool.

Simply Stunning

Stunning Villa, stunning views, clean & modern. The pool is excellent size, not deep but perfect for a family holiday. All usual facilities as you'd expect in a house like this. Every bedroom has an ensuite - shower & toilet (4 double bed rooms, 1 single bedroom), built in wardrobes. 2 of the top rooms (3rd floor) lead to the balcony with the hot tub and have stunning views towards the sea. A car is a must for the location, or there are taxis available, but with a car you can quickly get to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, shopping centres and anything else which is in abundance in the area. There isn't much in the immediate area, but feels safe & secure and neighbourly. A little walk up the lane will see you come across a Tank momnutment and some old bunkers which you can explore from the recent war (1991). Our Host Loreta was outstanding, the owners are very lucky to have Loreta represent them, she was always available to help, advise and answer any questions. If you are after a villa break with style and comfort, I highly recommend Villa Panorama.

No issue for us, but the stairs in the Villa may be troublesome to anyone with mobility issues. Some.of the facilities such as the weight machine could do with some attention, the seat is broken and the umbrellas around the pool are broke / to tight to the hedge to use (bolted in place).

Amazing fall vacation!!

Everything! Beautiful views, quiet location, very close to food stores. The home itself was outstanding with large rooms, comfortable beds, tons of separate spaces to relax. Our host was very responsive to questions and quickly reacted to a change we needed.

Villa Panorama - July 19

Our stay at Villa Panorama was just awesome! Ana, the landlady, was very friendly and obliging. Her English skills are good enough to communicate, she‘s glad to help with any issues that may arise. The Villa itself is outstanding, 4 double-bed beedrooms (3 at the second and 1 at the first floor) and 1 single-bed beedroom. A very modern kitchen and dining table at the ground floor, a living room with a comfortable couch and a bar at the first floor and an outside jacuzzi on the second floor balcony. There is a playroom with a multi-functional fitness machine, a tabletop football table and a dartboard. A big pool, a Beachvolleyball field and a big outdoor BBQ spot make the Villa perfect.

Weinig op aan te merken. Vaatwasser is aan reparatie toe, en we misten iets van een geluidsinstallatie buiten.

Sehr schönes Haus und eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus ist toll, wir waren 3 Familien und hatten ausreichend Platz. Loreta, die uns in Empfang nahm, hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet und war immer erreichbar. Es wurde sogar nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts mal durchgewischt und die WC‘s geputzt. Es war alles vorhanden das wir brauchten. Großer Pool, ausreichend Sonnenliegen, die Palmen spenden auch gut Schatten.

Die Klimaanlage war etwas zu schwach für das gesamte Haus, wir hatten allerdings 37 Grad Außentemperatur. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto oder Uber um zum Strand oder in die Altstadt von Zadar zu kommen.

Geslaagde vakantie en net verblijf

Zeer nette en ook schone accommodatie, waar het zwembad ook netjes schoon is. De rustige omgeving is ook fijn. Goede contact met de verhuurder en zeer vriendelijk

Je moet wel elke keer 2 trappen op naar boven toe maar dat had je kunnen weten als je de foto’s goed bekijkt

Die villa ist auf keinen Fall diesen Preis wert!

schöne aussicht

pool dreckig, jakuzzi dreckig, der Rasen ist ausgetrocknet, klima und duschen funktionieren nicht gescheit, Strom hat die ersten 2 Tage im 2 Stock gar nicht fuktioniert, im linken Zimmer vom 3 Stock ist die klima kaputt haben mit 31 Grad schlafen müssen und aus dem Bad stinkt es so höllisch das das ganze Zimmer ekelhaft richt. Personal war nie da und hat mir die ganze Arbeit überlassen. Nur durch Whatsapp Texte wurden mir Aufgaben verteilt, um die Villa im stand zu halten.
