The room was spacious. Nice little balcony. The beds we're really comfortable. The location is great, the beach is really close.

The bathroom didn't look very clean. The toilet was fine but the shower didn't look very good. Other than that, everything was really clean

Bed bug alert

The location is good and the owner was welcoming.

The room was not tidy at all. We left with some bed bug bites that really bothers us, not only itching but scared of how to exterminate them if our stuff got infected...They should definitely pay more attention to cleaning and bed bugs. A microwave could be useful as well.

It was near the beach and the Owner was very helpful. He showed us where to find restaurants, shops, and others. We forgot something in the room and the owner looked after it until we came back to get it. Thank you

An Amazing villa managed by a very nice and friendly owners in a safe and quite neighborhood.

The Owner of the villa Mr. Tamer and his mother are very nice and friendly people. They gave a very good explanation about the places to visit in the city and they were very helpful The villa is amazing, very clean and exceeded our expectation. The neighborhood was safe and quite and has a variety of restaurants nearby.

Some good points but generally a disappointing stay.

The room was clean; the bed was comfortable; the balcony was tiny but ok; the shower worked well; the AC was fine.

I had chosen this accommodation because their entry in booking.com led me to believe it was self-catering but it was not. There was no kitchenette. There was a fridge, a sink and a kettle but no cooker, microwave or toaster. I therefore had to find a supermarket (thanks to Google maps, not the owner who seemed not to know where there was one) to buy snacks for cold meals. I had to eat main meals out - not part of my budget. The owner showed me a messy and old map of the area, and bombarded me with info on my arrival, but I was really tired after travelling. I found the tourist info office and got a replacement map. The room - curtains too small &falling down. Broken and badly wired bedside lamp. No light on the balcony. Knob on the kitchen drawer missing. Bathroom tiny and very cramped. This establishment could do with creating a helpful and useful information pack for visitors, with advice on things like buses, nearby supermarkets, nearby places to eat, how to get to the centre of Zadar by bus (which routes, how to pay etc) and removing the misleading info from their booking.com entry.

We had 2 room apartment with two great balconies. The view was quite nice and the apartment was clean. Also, there were 2 bathrooms which were quite handy.

There wasn't a washing machine. Also, a lot of things were missing from the kitchen so we needed to eat in turns. For example, only 2 bowls were available but there were 5 of us. One of the showers was a bit funny - felt like it will break as the shower cabin floor was moving. Plus there was a sewerage smell coming from the bathroom. The place was quite far from the city center so we did not manage to see anything of it.

very clean, spacious, would recommend to family and friends

when we first entered the apartment it was extremely clean. We were showed round the apartment then shown a map of places to get the bus,eat,beach etc. The staff were very nice and polite. The lady who cleaned our apartment always asked if it was clean enough and we couldn’t of asked for better and she was very sweet. We would recommend this place to our friends and family.

The communication with the owners was extremely friendly and they really tried to fulfill every request. The apartment was clean and near a beautiful beach, it was very calm. The bed was comfortable and our apartment had two balconies. I really recommend staying here!

- Quiet location - Two spacious balconies

The shower was an old non-functional joke that is flooding the whole bathroom while in use. After we both took a shower, the bathroom was literally flooded. On top of that the bathroom floor drain was completely sealed, so the water couldn't go anywhere. We had to wait for it to dry off through the night, while the whole apartment was covered in stench from the moisture. The air-conditioner is leaking in the bedroom above your head after dozens of minutes of use. They know about this since there was a towel behind the bed collecting the water. The rest of the facilities (TV, refrigerator, kitchen appliances) are old, mostly unusable, and just put there to fulfil the requirements. They are placed without any order/functionality throughout the apartment. The bed mattress was old and hard, pillows were terrible as well, hardly slept the whole night constantly battling with the conditions. All of this on top of a pretty high price for a one night stay in Zadar (even after booking rebates), in a pretty remote area of the city. I really cannot comprehend how can someone leave this issues unattended, try to hide them, and still ask for such a high price. This review would have been less negative if the asking price was suitable for those conditions that you get. Complete lack of sense and frankness. Avoid it like a plague!

A great apartment, we really loved it!

The room was spacious, with big windows and everything needed in it: bathroom, airco, big and comfortable bed, drapes, wardrobe, kitchen table, kitchen amenities and a very big and nice balcony. We really liked the location, it was very quiet and only five mins walk from the beach. In between the apartment and the beach there's a grocery shop. There were a lot of other restaurants nearby. What we liked the most were the hosts, lovely and very helpful folks. We really enjoyed our stay there and for sure we're going back! We absolutely recommend this place.

Only a small shower leakage needs a bit of fixing, further everything else was in good order.

Lovely apartment, excellent for a family with 2-3 kids. And an excellent location!

My children loved it, with a kind of loft with a sofa where they could chill out. Very spacious. Excellent location. And very nice abs helpful host. I find this was great price for this apartment, and we’ll certainly come back.

Fantastic place, perfect to relax

I would recommend the accommodation to everyone. + really friendly & helpful hosts, who gave guidelines about the surroundings and the city itself + cosy, clean room with AC + small kitchen inside the rooms, possible to prepare breakfast (no place to cook) + beach, shops & bus stop to city center at close distance; bus drives every 20 min (although always late), city center is around 4km away, takes around 10 min to get there by bus + peaceful neighborhood + it was possible to check - in earlier
