Wonderful and spacious property overlooking Zadar bay!
Absolutely stunning property, so spacious, well equipped and nicely furnished. The terrace and jacuzzi were an absolute delight and the view over Zadar bay simply wonderful! Mariana, our host, had been nothing but nice and welcoming! We enjoyed every minute of staying here!

Everything was perfect! Marijana was a fantastic host from start to finish. A very warm welcome, straightforward communication, the apartment was exceptionally clean with all necessities included, and the view from the apartment was unparalleled. We were staying for just three days out of season, so we wanted to at least have a view of the sea, and it was fabulous. We highly recommend it to anyone for long or short stay!

Recommended accommodation for exploring Zadar, the surrounding area and the many beaches.
Very nice hosts. Accommodation corresponds to the description. Very clean and quiet and enough space, great terrace. Recommendation for electric car drivers: The accommodation has a wallbox that can be used to charge the electric car for a fee. Zadar and surroundings are very nice. Many beaches can be reached with a short dirve.
Please note: As described, the accommodation is a bit out of the way, i.e. restaurants are not within walking distance.

Simply Wow!
My friends and I stayed at this beautiful place on top of Zadar. We felt like „home“. And not just because the apartment was perfect! the Family, our Host were so kind and openminded, they have two young children that are so quiet, cute and so well educated. We felt very welcome and had very nice and interesting talks with them. It felt like visiting Family/Friends. The bedrooms are very big and there is enough space for 5 adult people, the kitchen and living room is cosy but you will spend more time outside with this amazing view. The communication was very easy and the check in very welcoming and uncomplicated. By car you will be in around 10min at Kolovare Beach (the nearest City Beach). In 10min you’re in the city centre, and in 5 min you will find Supermarkets to buy some food. So please if you‘re looking for „this Apartment“ where you can enjoy the silence with a great view und good sleep and you like some great people around you, choose Vanda Land. I will defineteley visit again. Many thanks to Family D. for having us and being such a wonderful host! A.A.&A.
