Ground floor (underfloor heating): living room/lounge/fully equipped kitchen (sofa, Cookeo multicooker available, etc.), 1st bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (TV, double bed, shower room/WC), wellness area (spa, sauna, fitness area, shower), WC. Upstairs (reversible heating/air conditioning): 2nd bedroom (TV, two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed, shower room, WC), 3rd bedroom (TV, double bed, shower room, WC). Wood-burning stove (wood supplement: €8/week). Available for babies: cot, travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, baby bouncer. Wi-Fi connection. Heating is extra (according to meter reading). Private enclosed garden (petanque court, lockable bike shed, etc.). Included in the price: bed linen (beds made), end-of-stay cleaning fee. Non-smoking cottage. Here is a beautiful, superbly restored, very comfortable house with a wellness area (spa, sauna, fitness room, shower) just for you: a true guarantee of a successful stay in the Bourgueil/Chinon region. As for other activities to fill your vacation days, you are in Touraine, in the heart of the Loire Valley châteaux region, and there are many historical monuments nearby that will enrich your days: Chinon, Rigny-Ussé, Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais and Villandry, or the magnificent Fontevraud Abbey in Anjou. In this Bourgueil wine-growing region, gastronomy is, of course, also omnipresent, thanks in part to the proximity of other renowned vineyards (Chinon and Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil). Located in the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park, very close to Anjou, you will enjoy unspoiled nature, ideal for walking, horseback riding, cycling, and fishing in the nearby Loire River.

Everything was fine. Max and Lydie are very nice. The location was ideal for us. The house is well equipped and has everything we need on vacation. The vacation was therefore great and we will be back.
