- La propreté de nos espaces privés (chambre, toilettes, salle d’eau) - la gentillesse des hôtes, très accueillant, aux petits soins pour leurs clients
- la propreté des espaces communs (cuisine : vaisselle mal lavée, nombreuse toiles d’arraigné, meubles et frigidaire pas entretenu, nappe torchons et éponges non changés régulièrement (pas du séjour nous concernant)) - manque quelques degrés pour le jaccuzi
