Ground floor: 3 steps to access the living room (connected TV) and the equipped kitchen (Senseo pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker) from the entrance, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), shower room, separate toilet. WIFI. Electric heating (included in the rates). Enclosed garden of approximately 2500 m². Bicycle shelter (does not lock). Cottage not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Many cycle routes in the surrounding area. Non-smoking accommodation. Le Petit Clos de Louis offers a charming plot (organic wine) that you can peacefully admire from your terrace or deckchair. The vineyards of the Loire Valley are numerous in Touraine and that of Bourgueil, where the famous actor Jean Carmet was born, is not lacking in charm. Your cottage is a typical Bourgueillois tuffeau stone house, where the art of living, between castles, gastronomy and wines is omnipresent. A real holiday home, it offers space, numerous amenities and a vintage kitchen that the owners have chosen to highlight, a little nod to the 70's. A success! Comfort is very present and everyone will find their place in this completely renovated place and dream starting point to travel the Loire Valley. Starting with Langeais and its drawbridge, Saumur and its Cadre Noir, its castle and its exceptional views of the Royal River.
