About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Beaumont-en-Véron offers this charming 150 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room and a 1,200 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 60 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), sofas and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo pod coffee maker...
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
Upstairs (3 bedrooms accessible via the living room staircase and 1 via the kitchen staircase):
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190).
For even more convenience: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated), open from April to the end of October (opening dates non-contractual), fully fenced, measuring 9.5×4m and ranging from 0.70 to 2m10 deep.
- A lovely, south-facing, fenced garden of approx. 1,200 m².
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 80 m² with furniture to enjoy the warm weather.
The house is ideally located in Beaumont-en-Véron, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Sightseeing: Chinon (cultural, historical and gastronomic visit), Saumur (the pearl of Anjou), Richelieu (city of one of the most influential ministers under royalty)...
- Sports activities: walking and cycling...
- Cultural visits: château d'Ussé (in the fairytale footsteps of Sleeping Beauty), Fontevraud Abbey (Europe's largest monastic city), château d'Azay-le-Rideau, gardens of château de Villandry...

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.

- A second house is located in the immediate vicinity of the property, with no dividing boundary.
- The accommodation has different levels, with a few steps separating them.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent, opening dates non-contractual.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- The terrace and parking space are occasionally shared with the owners.
