An authentic corner of the French coutry side

Beautiful decor and design, well resourced ample parking use of a sweet garden and excellent shower and comfy bed.

Communal kitchen not made explicit on booking but was not an issue. Road can be loud some mornings.

Clean and great location

Great location and very clean

Minimal room.. Quite expensive for what it was.. just a room with one chair. No TV.. the toilet and shower were built into the room thus making it seem smaller.. No cooking facilities or fridge for the room alone. This was all communal ( shared by potentially four couples).. I personally did not find that clearly stated on the website.

Excellent and peaceful stay and Thiery the host is most attentive and helpful.

The interior is beautifully laid out with the kitchen at the centre and guest rooms either side. Top notch wooden parquet flooring gives a warm feel to the stylish rooms which look professionaly designed. Bed was comfortable and the view from our window was lovely.

Liked everything access is a little tricky because of the stairs.

Welcoming hosts and beautiful accommodation

We met Thierry on arrival and he was most thoughtful, decent, and generous. The platter and breakfast he prepared were lovely. The house itself is decorated with care and dedication. It was of high quality - a pleasure to stay there. I communicated with both Mina and Thierry. They were very helpful. Highly recommended!

The website for this place is called "Une Autre Cave" and here on booking.com it is "Bulle de campagne". I was slightly confused by this. I would have found an English version of the website useful, to help me be sure I am booking what I expect.

Nice location in the Loire region

This location has 4 rooms, we were the only guests during our stay, which made it very relaxed! We order breakfast, which was simple but good. Fresh banquette from the automatic machine opposite the street. A good bed, and separated toilet and shower in the room. Restaurants can be found in a small town nearby (10km drive)

Exceptional

The gite was well looked after and had everything we needed as a family with two young children. It is on a quiet road in a small village, only a few miles from Chinon and Azay, making it easy to get around by car, with convenient street parking immediately outside. Thierry's wine business next door made it easy both to communicate with our hosts and buy good local wine.

Amazing getaway for nature and wine lovers

Fantastic place, fantastic host, amazing nature and great wine! Mina & Thierry made us feel like at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Beutiful rooms we've got was freshly renewed, with good taste and beautiful furniture. Also - a great, big shower cabin, very comfortable and easy. And the wine - you should definitely let Thierry do his magic and introduce you to the world of wines, as he's a sommelier. His wine collection is also just special, he got the best stuff from the whole region, no doubt.

Si volviera por la zona, no dudaría en repetir en el alojamiento

El alojamiento está decorado con mucho gusto y es muy confortable. Dispone de todo lo necesario para alojarte así como de mucha información de la zona. El propietario nos buscó información para hacer una ruta en bici por la zona aunque por el tiempo no pudimos realizar. Tiene al lado aparcamiento para varios coches.
