About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the first floor of a lovely house with three apartments.
It has a large and sunny living room and kitchen area.
The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking we needed for home cooking.
The living room is a beautiful view of the lake.
The master bedroom and the twin bedroom all have new super confortable mattresses.
The bathroom is beautiful and bright with a lake view window as well.

Private parking inside the premises and wi-fi are free of charge.
The bus stop to Bellagio or Como and the boat rental pier are only a few steps away.
The location is perfect: close by walking distance you can find few restaurants, bars and grocery stores.
A public beach is also a walking distance.

A baby cot and a high chair for a child are available on request (when booking) free of charge.

Best VRBO that we have stayed at in Europe! Clean, well supplied, great location with fantastic views! Bed in master very comfortable. AC a big plus given a heat wave in Europe. A nice chilled bottle of water and prosecco waiting our arrival. The host (Eros) met us at the property and oriented us to everything. Eros and Dani great and prompt communicators both prior and during our stay! They helped with dinner and activity reservations and were spot-on with their recommendations! Three restaurants were close by and were all excellent. Also, a small supermarket and coffee shop a very short walk. You also have a dedicated parking space! We chose to start our days exploring early and spent the mid afternoon enjoying the balcony. While we didn't dine in, it seems everything in place to do so. The only thing we would change is to stay longer! Thank you SO MUCH!

The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. The pictures provided were accurate and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Daniel provided us with many helpful tips and even secured a dinner reservation for us at a lovely local restaurant Stone House where we had a delicious meal. It was so nice to be able to sit on the porch and look at the lake. If you have the opportunity to rent this apartment, do it! You will not be disappointed!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Eros and Dani went above and beyond to make this a great trip. They got rides for us when we missed the bus, they were organized with dinner options and made reservations for us. The Place was spotless but the View was amazing. Just as shown in photos. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Bright Apartment in Lezzeno. The view from the balcony - and kitchen table - was gorgeous -exactly as promised!!. And we loved staying in Lezzeno. It’s not a tourist town, so it was quiet and enjoyable to live among the local residents and buy a few things at the town’s small grocery shop. The short walk to buy groceries was a delightful experience on its own! And Lezzeno is just a few minutes drive from Bellagio, the famous tourist town. But a highlight for us was when we hopped on the ferry for the short ride to Varenna, which we loved visiting for an afternoon. Eros and Daniel are wonderful and friendly hosts, available 24/7 if you need them. Just a terrific stay on Lake Como!!!
