De locatie direct aan het meer met een prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving. Een dikke plus vonden wij het zwembad waar wij na een dagje uit even konden afkoelen. Een andere plus was de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine, altijd handig.
Het ontbreken van een oven. Het zitje op het balkon mag wat comfortabeler. Het ontbreken van een container om je vuilnis weg te gooien. Deze bevind zich op de openbare weg, ca. 600 meter verderop.

Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe (Safe). Sitzplatz mit Blick auf den See. Reservierter Parkplatz.
Das Haus (vier Wohnungen) ist sehr ringhörig (Trittschall, Stühle rücken, usw.). Die Lage am See ist schön, allerdings sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) in Como (23 km enge Seestrasse).
