Outstanding stay.

What an excellent place to stay. A lovely walk to the village. The view from the villa is outstanding and one we won’t forget in a hurry. Spacious Apartment with Stunning Balcony Views

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at Appartamento La Vigna! The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning—especially from the spacious balcony where we could see the entire Isola Comacina. We were lucky enough to catch a fireworks show during our stay, and watching it from the balcony made it even more magical. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The host was hospitable—Caterina gave us a warm welcome and shared many helpful tips and recommendations about Tremezzina and nearby attractions, which really enriched our visit.

The only small downsides were the slow Wi-Fi and the distance to the nearest supermarket, but apart from that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended for a peaceful and scenic getaway on Lake Como!

Beautiful flat.

The view is beautiful. The flat is very nice. The owner started very kind and helpful. Easy to find flat and nearby towns have what you need.

Next door neighbors are very noisy early in the morning with dogs and yelling so be aware. There are no shower curtains just shower heads and a bathtub. You are encouraged to not use the air conditioning even though it is listed as an amenity. We left one on accidentally when we left early morning and it was expressed to us the hosts dismay at this. It was maybe on at 25 degrees Celsius for two hours. The recycling is required, and this alone is no issue. We were asked to separate essentially everything and place it in extremely small bins outside. We stayed four nights with three people. We went through a fair bit of food and waters so the recycling was very full but we were not told another spot to put them. So we filled the bins and stacked paper and glass etc the best we could with limited space. Once again the host made sure to tell us it was a “disaster”. We had no where else to put it to our knowledge. Get larger bins if you accept longer stays. Finally, do not take the ferry to other towns from Sala Comacina. No ferry returns to Sala Comacina. You’ll have to walk for one hour in the road which is not safe- from Lenno. Instead, drive and park in Lenno and ferry around from there. That way you don’t need to walk in the dark if there is no bus/ taxi.

Absolute glorious views of Lake Como

We loved everything about the property. The view was amazing and better than the pictures. Caterina was wonderful, she offered us early check in and late check out. She also helped us with our luggage. Fabulous communication throughout our stay. Thank you Caterina! We would highly recommend!

The hill climb without a car, but that didn’t bother us too much as it was good exercise.

- Very nice view - Clean accomodation

- Collecting the keys and leaving the keys was a problem. The person who handed over the keys was very rude, she was asking several times why we are having different passports compared with our residency country. When we left the flat, even if I informed her with 30 min in advance that we will need more 5-10 minutes, she didn't agree and even left the place and told us to leave the key on the table. I would recommend the owner to discuss with this person to improve the people skills, not mattering from which country people is belonging.

Large flat: 2 floors, large living room with kitchenette (with fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher), large rooms. Large terrace with great lake views. The kitchen have everything you need to cook and wash dishes and even some food for us to use (cofee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, a pack of pasta, milk,...). Good heating, rooms are soundproof (some people can be watching tv in the living room while others sleep in the room), good wifi. Everything looks renovated. Enclosed parking. Less than 1 minute by car / 5 minutes walking to the road that goes around the lake. Google maps sends you to the correct address. Easy check in and check out, even arriving late at night.

It is necessary to separate the garbage (organic, plastic/paper/glass and others). The bathroom does not have a shower curtain.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lago Di Como👍 your appartement is great, the view incredible. We had a boat trip and saw a good half of the Lake and we even went swimming.

Great apartment.

This is a lovely three-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment on two levels, perfect for three of us as we wanted a separate bedroom each. The view from the well-appointed terrace is stunning, across the lake and the island. There were firework displays across the lake on a couple of nights and on clear nights the night sky was amazing. We mainly ate in in the evening as we didn't want to drive out and the village restaurants were further than we wanted to walk, but the cooking facilities were very good. Caterina was incredibly helpful. All in all a delight.

Im Detail sind viele Kleinigkeiten defekt und müssen instandgesetzt werden. Hellhörigkeit im Appartment sowie in der gesamten Anlage mit insgesamt 8 Einheiten in 2 Hälften auf je zwei Etagen. Persönliche Übergabe statt Schlüsselsafe.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt am Comer See

Unser Aufenthalt am Comer See war einfach traumhaft! Vom ersten Moment an hat uns die atemberaubende Landschaft verzaubert – die majestätischen Berge, das glitzernde Wasser und die charmanten kleinen Orte entlang des Ufers wirken wie aus einem Bilderbuch. Die Unterkunft war perfekt gelegen, mit einem herrlichen Blick über den See. Jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken, während die Sonne über dem Wasser aufging, war einfach unbezahlbar. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben – wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Besonders genossen haben wir die Bootstour über den See, die Spaziergänge durch die idyllischen Gassen von Bellagio und Varenna, sowie das fantastische italienische Essen in den kleinen, familiengeführten Restaurants. Jeder Tag war voller Entdeckungen und Genuss. Wir haben uns in den Comer See verliebt – ein Ort, an dem man wirklich zur Ruhe kommt und gleichzeitig so viel erleben kann. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 5 von 5 Sternen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Minimal hellhörig, das obere Schlafzimmer ist leider nicht abgetrennt vom Wohnzimmer, aber ansonsten alles super :)

L’appartement est magnifique avec un emplacement idéal entre Côme et Bellagio. Le logement est parfait, très bien équipé. La literie est très confortable. Il dispose d’un garage privé Mais le plus beau c est la vue depuis la terrasse 😍 on ne s’en lasse pas ! La propriétaire est très gentille. Nous avons été enchantés 🤩 Je recommanderai ce logement à ceux qui souhaitent passer quelques jours au lac de Côme ❤️

Un bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Nous avons aimé la localisation et la vue bien évidemment :) ainsi que le côté spacieux du logement.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié la literie très souple (pas ferme), le fait que le logement ne soit pas insonorisé, le manque de rangement dans les salles de bains et la chambre d'enfant. Et l'absence de plan de travail dans la cuisine.

Fantastica

Veniamo in questa villa da 3 anni più o meno e questo era l’ultimo dato che hanno ridotto a 5 la quantità di persone da 7 che era, ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo, non abbiamo mai avuto nessun tipo di problema, pulita nessun difetto, in una località molto tranquilla dove si può ammirare il lago a tutte le ore del giorno, Caterina dell’accoglimento persona d’oro molto educata gentile come sempre, ci ha accolto lei in questi tre anni stupendi, che dire, se ci sarà la possibilità ritorneremo altrimenti sono stati tre anni bellissimi.

Impresionantes vistas

Sin duda las vistas y la enorme terraza es lo mejor de la casa. La pena es que en invierno no se puede disfrutar tanto como se merece. El alojamiento es estupendo y muy acogedor.

Por poner un pero la iluminación quizás es algo pobre y más camas de niño algo incomodas. Aunque a pesar de ello ha sido un gran acierto
