Stunning Lake Views

The apartment has a stunning view of Lake Como and was lovely. Liza was a super friendly and helpful host with excellent tips and recommendations.

The view was simply amazing. There are very few place’s around the world where you don’t feel guilty about spending time in your room and this place is one of them. If you are looking for an authentic village lifestyle experience paired with amazing scenery and really comfort then I could not recommend Liza’s Suites more highly. Brilliant!!!!

Perfect stay. Wish this was my home

Absolutely fantastic. Comfortable bed, great view of lake como from the bedside. Good facilities. It was 5-10mins drive away from the next town which is the main port to Bellagio etc. perfect place for a stay. Quite surreal waking up to the birds singing, rain and some nature sound. Clean and comfortable room! We enjoyed our stay alot!

Only qualms is about the lack of convenience store/supermarket/food options but this is easily settled by driving to the next town which is 1-2km away.

Great place to stay!!!

The view from the room is exceptional. The balcony is a bonus. We can sit there and enjoy the day without going anywhere. It is conveniently located so we can do ferry hopping to all the towns of Lake Bellagio. Sala Comacina the town is not big, but we love the local feel. We love going to the only butcher in town. We love walking on the greenway. Lisa is very courteous and helpful.

Best Experience - A Dream

We liked everything, the flat itself, the clean and modern style, the view, the high walls, the lovely details by Lisa like jams and cookies. So grateful. Parking right in front, ship dock right next door to hop on the ferry taking you everywhere.The smell of the flowers on the balcony... just lovely, thank you so much. Lisa and her mother are incredibly kind, we wish them all the best!

One of the best I been.

Everything was amazing , litterally one of the best places I been in Como lake ( I been many times ) nothing compare to hotels , room was big , view was amazing , very very tidy as I am a bit particular with cleanless , but it excseed my expectations. HIghly recomend ! Maybe position is not the best if you want have a walk or I have more bars restourants around but within 10 - 15 min walk you can reach more bussy and cosy places

Amazing house, amazing host, AMAZING view!

- The AMAZING view by the lake looked at from the balcony is to die for! - Lovely small town with places to eat, so you don't HAVE to drive off if you don't want to. However we did 🤭 Pro tip: Lugano is a short drive and such an AMAZING city. Make sure to get a Swiss vignette though. Warning: you may hate home after you've been there... - Amazing host, with impeccable English skills. - The house is very well fitted, some things that stood out: * electrical shutters * a great bed, quite rare from my traveling experience! * a great bathroom * private car parking * modern airco * even the curtains were lovely!

- There was construction close by, but it didn't bother us much as they worked during the day when we were out an about. Hardly something to critique the property for. - Due to there being a 2nd suite next door, you kinda have to hope that the people there are attentive.

Superb

Besides the beautiful lake view, the studio is spacious, modern and comfortable. Great layout and plenty of space for luggage. It comes with a parking spot for your car, which is a huge plus.

The windows are very well soundproofed, but there is still a bit of traffic noise coming from Via Statale, when they are open. However a common problemin the whole area, nothing surprising.

Liza was very kind and told us spots nearby which we can visit. The room was big and comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful (see pictures). All in all we had a very nice stay at Lizas Suite and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Belle prestation. Parking facile. Accueil distant mais disponible et efficace. Literie confortable. Jolie point de vue sur le lac. Quelques magasins bien pratique autour. Un petit restaurant sympa au bord du lac à 5 minutes sur le greenway. Et le must un débarcadère juste devant pour joindre tout les points intéressant du secteur en bateau...bravo !

Una vista straordinaria sul Lago di Como, oltre a pace e comfort.

Nonostante fossimo arrivati più tardi del previsto, Liza ci ha aspettato e ci ha mostrato l'appartamento, dotato di tutti i comfort e con una stanza fresca e acqua fresca in frigo. Il parcheggio era disponibile di fronte, non abbiamo avuto problemi. All'interno, una zona pranzo, un angolo cottura per cucinare se si desidera, due condizionatori. Il bagno, spazioso e pulito, con una grande doccia. L'appartamento ha una vista favolosa sul Lago di Como e sulle montagne, una vista da film, con un'ampia terrazza dove è possibile fare colazione. È stato così bello che abbiamo deciso di rimanere il primo giorno per goderci il comfort di questo meraviglioso appartamento. Torneremo sicuramente alla Suite di Liza quando saremo in zona. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

On a juste envie d'y retourner !

Accueil très sympathique ! Appartement très propre ! Très bonne literie. Salle de bain spacieuse avec une belle douche. Vue sublime sur le lac et les montagnes depuis le balcon très bien équipé (table, chaises, chaises longues). Sala Comacina est petit, mais vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin (boulangerie/épicerie, boucherie, bars et restaurants). Nous y avons passé un séjour magnifique et je recommande cette location sans hésiter !

Traumhafter Aufenthalt am Comer See

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist zwar direkt an der Strasse, aber dahin zeigt nur das Bad. Der Rest der Wohnung ist Richtung See ausgerichtet und ruhig. Über die Breite der Fensterfront gibt es einen Balkon mit Markise. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, es gibt eine Induktionskochplatte, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine (man sollte Kapseln mitbringen). Es ist eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage vorhanden. Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt gibt es einen Parkplatz am Gebäude. Die Schlüssel bekamen wir in unserem Fall von der Mutter von Liza die darüber wohnt. Die Rückgabe erfolgte direkt an Liza, auch sie wohnt darüber. Wir hatten uns per WhatsApp 30 Minuten vor der Ankunft nach vorheriger Absprache gemeldet. Alles funktioniert perfekt. Sowohl die Mutter als auch Liza sind englische Muttersprachler. Die Kommunikation kann bzw sollte idealerweise auf englisch erfolgen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
