We came with our dog and the garden was perfect. The house is large, comfortable and has all the amenities we needed. It’s a short walk to town with many beautiful spots nearby. The owner was very responsive even when we arrived late due to being stuck in traffic. Highly recommend!
It’s not a negative but the locations address seems to lead to another house across the street so it took us a while to find the entrance since it’s slightly off the main road. The only suggestion I have is maybe send a walkthrough video via WhatsApp from the Main Street to the entrance and the parking entrance to ease check in. Other than that the apartment was great and we loved it!

Large, clean villa within 10-15 mins walk to the town centre, attractions, supermarket, ports and bus stops. The entrance to Villa del Balbianello is 15 mins walk and you can also get to Mennagio 20 mins by bus or 10 mins by car.
Private parking is available in the outside parking area or a private garage in the basement. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large rooms and is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It also has a nice little garden with lemons, herbs and spices. The hosts Sandra and Anna are very friendly and helpful.
It's a semi-detached villa so you can sometimes hear the neighbours through the walls, despite the soundproofing. Some parts of the house are a little dark and the basement garage can be tight if you have a larger car. We preferred to park in the outdoor parking area. Note that the address is 38A not 38, as we accidentally went to the wrong house to collect the keys.
