An air-conditioned master double bedroom is accompanied by a second air-conditioned bedroom furnished with 2 single beds. A contemporary fitted shower room provides carefree convenience whilst away.
From the living room, a sunny covered lake view balcony terrace sets the scene for romantic alfresco meals. The far-reaching views of Ossuccio offers the perfect lake view back drop for carefree drinks and meals, whilst a pair of sun loungers are provided for relaxed moments in the sun.
The modern residence features a gorgeous sunny sheltered swimming pool, which is shared by 12 apartments and is open from 1st June- 30th September.

The modern residence is situated along ‘Sant\' Agata’ in Ossuccio, placing guests 3 minutes’ drive from medieval bell tower, authentic eateries, scenic lakeside Lido and the Greenway del Lago walking route of Ossuccio. The UNESCO world heritage site of Sacro Monte di Ossuccio is 4 minutes’ drive away. The resort village amenities and famous Villa Balbianello attraction of Lenno can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The popular Tremezzina shore, Villa Carlotta, car and passenger ferry stop in Cadenabbia and Menaggio resort town are all within easy reach by car or bus, 9-17 minutes’ away.

This property was amazing! The accommodations were comfortable and the view was stunning. We spent our mornings and evenings on the patio drinking coffee and wine, respectively:)

Beautiful apartment with stunning lake views – just one small note on communication
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment by Lake Como. The view over the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and the apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped – a perfect place to relax and unwind.
A special touch that made us feel very welcome was the thoughtful welcome package provided by the host, which was waiting for us on the table when we arrived. It was a lovely gesture that set a positive tone for our stay.
There was just one small issue on our first day. We received a phone call from a Lake Como Holiday staff member regarding a message they had received about our children briefly entering the downstairs neighbor’s garden to take a photo. While it’s completely understandable that this needed to be addressed – and we fully respect that – the tone of the call felt a bit lecturing. A more welcoming approach, perhaps starting with a friendly question about our journey or how we were enjoying the apartment, would have made a better impression.
That said, the rest of our stay was very positive, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Just a small tip for the team: a warm welcome goes a long way!
