We arrived and felt the decor was quite tired, we found mugs and plates unclean and had to wash ware before we used them
Spectacular views of Lake Como from the property
We didn’t realise once we arrived off the ferry in Lenno there was no taxi service in the area, there is a greenway walkway to the property but it’s up a very steep pebbly pathway, you couldn’t roll a suitcase on this, comfortable footwear is essential

Rabbish politic - you have to take all rabish with you at your last day despite the fact you paid 120 EUR cleaning fee. One of the rooms is in cellar without windows.
