Would never recommend this rental to anyone!
Electricity went off and hot water was cold. Fortunately a friend staying with us was an engineer who fixed these problems; if he had not, reply from contact was very slow. Washing machine in a flithy, dark garage not useable. Dishwasher unreliable, sometimes soap suds all over kitchen floor. Shower a was a challenge with not spray, just like a hose without nozzle.

Very good location, spacious areas/rooms
A whole lot of information was asked such as ids from everyone and even selfie from the person that made the booking( first time ever!! You don’t even know the purpose of this). Facilities were not sufficient . Needed to buy toilet paper (1 1/2 rolls of bad quality paper for a group of 5). The toilet door was glass with transparent parts that we needed to cover. The bath tub had no curtain therefore toilet floor was getting full of water but there was no mop for drying which was making it rather dangerous. For 5 people we had a basket with soap/conditioner as shown in photo. no washing liquid for dishes( just 2 tablets for dishwasher) and just a kitchen towel. No coffee machine( just a mokka), kettle was not functioning for boiling water( not even a tea bag was put for welcoming). no oven available. Owner’s main concern was info gathering and exit/ enter time. Living area with a very bad 2 sits sofa and 6 table chairs which was making it rather uncomfortable.

Amazing vacation in Colonno!! Highly recommended!!
Andrea's place was perfect ! we were a family of 5 people , the apartment is big and very clean. it had everything we neeeded for a vacation - hair dryer , washing machine, Well equipped kitchen and a parking space for our car . The highlight of the apartment is the large balcony and the amazing view to the lake !! the building has a private exit to the lake and the location is very Convenient. there is a new ferry station about 200 meters from the apartment that you can take to travel to all the towns around the lake. we had 9 days and we managed to visit a lot of the beautiful towns around the lake. Andrea was very nice and helped us with every question we had, Thank you Andrea for an amazing 9 days ! Highly recommended!!

Parfait pour la demi-saison!
Le balcon sur le lac, l’appartement spacieux
Une des deux grandes chambres donne sur une rue étroite et passante, elle est donc très bruyante ! Pour le couple qui occupe cette chambre, le séjour est beaucoup moins agréable ! D’un côté le lac paradisiaque et un calme absolu, de l’autre un bruit infernal !
