Eine Wohlfühloase an ruhiger Lage. Würde gerne dort wieder eine Auszeit geniessen.
Die Schlüsselübergabe fand persönlich statt, weil der Besitzer wohl ausnahmsweise noch anwesend war. Den persönlichen Kontakt mit den netten Eigentümern, habe ich sehr geschätzt. Er sagt viel mehr aus, als ein Schlüssel, der einem empfängt in einer Box! Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung . Moderne, gut ausgerüstete Küche. Komfortables Bett .Sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen. Schöner Balkon mit Sicht ins Grüne und auf den See.
Das Treppenhaus des Hauses ist sehr eng. Man muss sich gut organisieren, um sich und die Koffer gleichzeitig ins 2 OG zu befördern! Aber es ist machbar.

Casa accogliente e ben arredata con gusto e nei minimi dettagli. L’area living è comoda e spaziosa come anche la camera da letto e il bagno, completo di tutto. Come sentirsi a casa! Il padrone di casa gentile e disponibile
Il riscaldamento a pavimento ha dato problemi ma per fortuna la casa é prevista di pompe di calore.

Aanrader, heerlijke plek aan het Comomeer!
Heerlijke plek met Comomeer & schattige boulevard om de hoek. Het is een volwaardig appartementje, fijne keuken & badkamer en ruime slaapkamer en living. Het balkon is wel de fijnste plek van het huis! Met eettafel en bankje geeft het zijdelings uitzicht op het Comomeer en groen. Het appartement was brand new! Open gegaan in September 2025. Nog wat opstart dingetjes met keuken spullen uitpakken en missende dekbedovertrekken, maar goed ingericht. De eigenaren waren blij met de tips en zouden deze verder opvolgen om het van een A+ een A+++ plek te maken :) Er is zijn twee supermarkten op loopafstand en onze auto konden wij prima kwijt om de hoek (gratis). Ik kan me voorstellen dat dit in het hoogseizoen wat lastiger is. Dorp Lenno heeft verschillende bootverbindingen maar hoort niet tot de hoofdverbindingen. Wil je later op de avond terugkomen dan moet je wat anders regelen (in oktober). Ik oktober is het wel echt low season. Voor ons geen probleem maar als je meer reuring wilt dan moet je verder op pad omdat te vinden.
