Air conditioning was broken, cooking a meal caused the mains power to trip off. No bedding for sofa bed in living area.

OVERAL STAY WAS PLEASANT AND NEAR TO SHOPS/RESTAURANT ETC.

KEYS WERE EASILY COLLECTABLE AND ACCESS WAS EASY AND DETAILED FOR SMOOTH ENTRY.

IT WOULD HAVE HELPED IF SOME ADAPTORS FOR UK/EUROPE/USA WAS THERE AS I HAD TO GO AND GET, WHEN PEOPLE TRAVEL FROM INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES THAT LITTLE THOUGHT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. THE CAR PARK ALTHO VERY GOOD, LEAVING THE PREMISES IS DANGEROUS AS IT’S DIRECT ON THE ROAD/HIGHWAY AND NOT VISIBLE TO SEE CARS COMING IN THE SAME DIRECTION, HAVE TO REALLY TAKE TIME.

hello! I want to describe to you my feelings from staying in Ossuccio on Lake Como Italy. We have the most unpleasant impressions of this holiday. The first thing we encountered was a message from the owner of the apartment how to enter the cart ourselves without any presence from the owners. We are not young people and it was very difficult for us to do this with codes and locks. Then we did not have time to enter the apartment as the door closed and for 2.5 days we were forced to sit in the apartment because we were afraid to leave our things unattended. Then, due to great fatigue after a difficult journey, we wanted to have tea and something to eat, but we did not find a kettle or suitable dishes for the stove. No one explained to us how to use the stove and, in general, we had no contacts with the owners of the apartment. We were in a very difficult mood that we were forced to sit in a closed apartment in such a beautiful place as Lake Como. In the evening they wanted to watch TV, but it also did not work. Through a flatmate, we contacted the owner of the apartment, but he did nothing. After 2.5 days, a company representative came and made sure that we had a complete mess. Only the next day in the evening myhomecomo representative came and fixed the doors and replaced the non-working kettle. And on the eve of our departure, the owner of the apartment replaced the non-working TV. We are very sorry that our holiday was completely ruined by this attitude. We paid a lot of money to visit this most beautiful place, but due to the negligent attitude of the owners of the apartment, we suffered a lot and until now we are very sorry that we contacted such unscrupulous people through Booking com. I, on my own behalf, earnestly ask everyone who wants to go to this place to categorically refuse this, since you will get here only suffering and ruined time!

modern, great views, everything worked perfectly, air conditioning was excellent and much needed

only a few very minor things, no oven gloves, only one tea towel, no instructions how to work air conditioning and tv, walking to a restaurant or supermarket was very difficult, enough to make you think twice about doing it.

Excellent stay by Como Lake

Apartment is clean, spacious, well equipped, has nice and calm bedroom with a good bed, has AC in the leaving room, dishwasher and washing mashine. If is located by the quite intense street but it is not a problem. When you cross the street, and go 5 mins to the left, you can Enjoy your time by the Lake on a nice, grassy beach. The best thing in the apartment was the View to the Lake and Island from the terrace. Just amazing!

It could be great if apartment can be equipped with salt, pepper, plus a starter: trash bag, dishwasher capsule, coffe capsule, washing sponge. But these can be of course bought in the supermarket

Eine wunderbare aber leider zu laut gelegene Wohnung

Eine sehr saubere und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick. Eine sehr große Terrasse mit dem Tisch, Stühlen, Liegen, einer Markise und einem Sonnenschirm - super eingerichtet. Eine Garage, das Parken was bequem und reibungslos. :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Hauptstraße, die um den See führt. Man soll mit gewisser Lärmbelastung rechnen. Trotz des wunderschönen Ausblicks würde ich die Wochnung wegen der Straße nich noch mal buchen. Laute Nachbarn, die mehrer Nächte bis in der Nach auf dem Balkon im Nachbarnhaus gefeiert haben (ebnso Touristen). Die beiden Kaffeemaschinen waren leider nicht wirklich funktionsfähig.
