Great view

The house is very big and with a wonderful view. Huge terrace with a lake view, awesome. Good check in logistics, everything was clear. Classy interior with old school furniture. House was clean, deal was okay.

The house is not well maintained, leaking bathroom, old equipment require improvements. There's a welcome package but no oil, coffee, salt etc. in the house. The location as for the base is good, it's close everywhere from Sala Comacina. However, there are no shops or proper restaurants nearby so you must have a car and plan accordingly.

Million dollar views

Fantastic view. Big house with lots of space. Wonderful outdoor terrace. Free wifi. Big kitchen. Easy to find keybox. Parking some days was a bit difficult. Despite the few problems mentioned, we would come and stay again.

Although the kitchen and bathrooms were dated that didnt bother us, however we had no hot water the whole week we were there and by the time they finally sent someone out it was Sunday, the hardware store was of course closed and we were leaving the Monday. A bit disapointed by the reaction time of the team for this.. Some essential things like a strainer for pasta were missing from the kitchen.

Bad location - impossible to get taxis so have to walk everywhere. Note there are no proper footpaths. Also to access the property you have to climb a steep hill for 5-10 minutes

Beautiful house with breathtaking views!

The house was beautiful and the view was spectacular! We highly recommend staying here as the views are breathtaking! The house is clean, comfortable, and has a full kitchen.

The only problem is it is difficult to get to as the road is narrow and steep.

Great view!

The terrace, great view. The view is worth all money we spent, however the facilities could be better! The Sala Comacina is great place, located near nice places to be visited like Bellagio, Villa Carlotta, Vila Mezzi, etc

We didn't find soap / shampoo/ dishes soap - we bought these items. Bed mattress smallest than bed and uncomfortable for two people. Generally, old furniture. Very poor breakfast (ordinary croassants, milk, coffee, tea). I would expected at least some yogurts or fruits.

Great views, nice interior, very clean, great location on a hiking path. Nice neighbours

Although the kitchen is nice and big, we missed some basics as lids for the pots, a pair of scissors or a sieve for Pasta. Curtains would be nice in the rooms with street view. We asked the agency for a second key, but they never came back to us. When we called the emergency number of the agency bcs of an electricity cut, they never called back. Luckily the people living in the apartment on the ground floor could show us where the electrity supply box was. The instruction of the agency how to receive the key were incorrect and outdated, we had to wait 1,5 hrs for someone to come and hand us over the keys
