Amazing and absolutely beautiful!

The view is absolutely beautiful. We loved the porch and enjoyed having coffee and meals outside. We really loved the natural light and large amount of space. We also appreciated having our own parking garage. I would imagine in the busy months that would be a great feature.

The keys not being labeled for the entry, garage elevator and door to the unit. The keys were not labeled which made it a little difficult to figure out at night. We also had trouble trying to work the elevator as it had a "black key" which was actually a "tool" to push a button to make the elevator go. Use of the elevator was important with luggage as it was on the 3rd floor. We also had an issue that we asked about regarding the timer on the lights in the kitchen. The property manager said that the issue had been addressed but still not apparently fixed. The lights wouldn't stay on in the kitchen for more than a few seconds. There was a need for a kitchen drying towel and hot pads. We didn't eat out every night and would have appreciated more kitchen accessories. Also, we had a rainy day and wanted to watch a movie at night. We couldn't figure out how to get the TV to show anything. We would have used our own netflix or prime video, but the TV didn't have any options for that.

There was a very strong smell in the kitchen from the sink. The common areas in the apartment building really would benefit from cleaning, they were very dirty.

Fantastic stay at beautiful Colonno apartment

Amazing views (from every window) and a beautifully modern and bright apartment. Good space for a couple. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were very clean, and well maintained. Kitchen well equipped and we enjoyed The views and property were as described, and the guide and instructions shared in advance were great - we followed them well to access the flat and facilities available. Car parking was excellent, as you definitely need a vehicle to travel around Lake Como and surrounding towns.

We were blessed with amazing weather, which meant the apartment got rather hot - there was one fan set up, and additional fans or A/C would be a great addition though we were able to cool down with the shutters, breeze and opening the fabulous french doors! One small tip - the password for WiFi on the board was incorrectly typed - however the QR code worked a dream!

We had such a great stay if we go to Como again this is where I would stay

Heat location views were awesome and the apartment was stunning all organised and truly a wonderful stay

Nothing but beware the roads they are a little tight going north until you reach Griante but I think they are building a tunnel

Super appart Parfait au printemps et à l’automne

La vue incroyable, l’appart est très bien équipé et propre. Il est spacieux et les levers de soleil sont incroyables

En plein été il faisait 30 degré dans l’appartement. Nous avons donc dû le fuir toute la journée et les nuits étaient compliquées.

La vista era stupenda. Ottima posizione purché in possesso di una macchina (ultimo pezzo della salita è molto ripida). Appartamento molto ampio. Cucina ben attrezzata. Bagni spaziosi.

Il fatto che non c'era aria condizionata (i due condizionatori portatili non raffreddano molto). Non ci sono zanzariere, ma essendoci molti insetti, non si può tenere niente aperto. L'ascensore arrivava solo al 2° piano (noi stavamo al 3° piano).

كان الجو جدا حار ولا يتوفر تكييف رغم ان المكان والإطلالة جميله

الاطلاله ومساحة الشقه الاسره ونظافتها توفر جميع ملحقات المطبخ عدا المايكرويف

المكان بدون تكييف حاااااااااااااار جداً ورطب يوجد مراوح لكن لا تبرد بالشكل الكافي غرفة الغسيل بالكراج يجب ان تنزل لاستخدامها الحمام بدون مراوح شفط يكون رطب وحار وبدون شطاف العادي المستخدم بالدول العربيه

Magnifique !!!!

Nous avons ADORÉ la terrasse avec la VUE INCROYABLE sur le Lac de Côme. Très propre, confortable et spacieux !!!

Seul chose à reprocher, il faut excessivement chaud et il n'y a pas d'air conditionné. il y a seulement 1 fan pour deux chambre. Nous avons dû aller au sous-sol chercher un air climatisé portative et essayer par nous-même de l'installer pour pouvoir rafraîchir au moins la chambre.

En complément, les extérieurs sont très spacieux et l’appartement est bien équipé. Le petit plus est qu’il est orienté sur le levé du soleil et c’était très agréable de se lever avec cette vue incroyable.

Apparemment idéal pour visiter la région.

La vue est exceptionnelle avec un balcon incroyable ! Les espaces sont grands et le garage fermé est très pratique.

Le voisin d’à côté qui filme dès lors qu’on est sur le balcon et l’inconfort perçu d’être épié durant tout son séjour. Le lit de la petite chambre mérite d’être + grand et le chauffage un chouïa plus haut, car nous avons eu froid.
