Nice family house in a wonderful location.
Casa Lidia is beautifully positioned over Lake Como. The view is very nice. The property is calm, well equipped and perfect for a family stay. The host is very friendly and helpful whenever something is needed.

Great stay with wonderful views close to playground and lake
Overall we loved the house and had a great stay. There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, living room on the middle floor, and 2 bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs which ended up being very practical for 2 small families, we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. There’s a playground with a lovely view right next to the house, with a cafe with coffee, pizza and cocktails. 5 mins walk down a path to the lido. Fantastic views from the balconies. The furnishings are very basic but the luxury is in the surroundings and the views.

Good
The host was vert nice and helpful and easy to reach. The location is perfect; just a few minutes walking from the beach and various restaurants. Also there is a great garden with lots of space and garden furniture. You get good value for money.
Overall the house is great (see below) and we can very much recommend it. I do have one point of feedback; the house is less suited, in our opinion, for 6 people (we were with 6 adults). There are three bedrooms: one with 2 double beds, 1 with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. So either 4 people need to stay in one room or two have to go in bunkbeds. Also the living room is a bit small with one couch; so watching a movie in the evening with all was a bit cramped. Still, the advantages in the end are most important; as I said, it is very well located and well priced.

Huset havde en skøn beliggenhed med udsigt, nedgang til søen og tæt på tennis og padel. Helt perfekt! Annemiek var let at kommunikere med, og hun gjorde, at vi ikke var i tvivl om noget under hele opholdet.
