IsaBellaVista - Mezzegra, Tremezzina by LoveComo

This apartment in Tremezzo, Lake Como was a real find. Fantastic location with stunning views of the lake and everything you would need within the apartment - fridge, freezer, plates, glasses, coffee machine, washing machine, iron, hairdryer etc. Parking space right outside the property. Property was private and secure and we felt safe the whole stay. The hot tub was a real bonus and the outside space was brilliant for chilling and sunbathing. The apartment is set across 2 levels with one of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower level, it was so spacious for a family of 4. It's a 15 minute walk down to the lake front in Lenno where you can access the water taxis (A visit over to Bellagio is a must). There is also a nice stone beach area where you can swim in the lake and a good number of cafes and restaurants. We also drove to Como (45 minutes drive) where we parked on the street (€5 for the day) and got the train from Como San Giovanni station into Milan Central for the day - this was so easy. The nearest supermarket we used was Sigma which is about 10 minutes drive away. There is also a little shop at the bottom of the hill where you can buy basic groceries. There was a little takeout pizza shop 5 minutes walk down the hill called Jolly Pizza. Pizzas on average €7 each, they were wood fired which were delicious, and kebab €5. You do need to be able to walk up and down the hills if you stay in this area - parking around and about can be difficult and limited. There are regular buses though that go past the bottom of the hill, and Argengno (15 mins drive) is also worth a visit. We have enjoyed an amazing holiday at this stunning property. Thorough details where sent regarding location and entry before we arrived, and the Lovecomo team were prompt at responding to any queries we had. We would highly recommend this property for your vacation.

IsaBella Vista is the perfect base for a few days in Lake Como. The Villa was easy to find from the Ferry Dock in Lenno (although a little up hill if you have mobility issues) and a 20-25 minute walk along the Greenway into Tremezzo. Inside it has everything you need for a self catering break, comfy beds and so quiet and the views from the balcony are just stunning to wake up to. The hot tub was a welcome bonus after a long day out exploring. I would definitely re-book if we were lucky enough to return to the area.

The only downside for us was the Wi-fi.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Situated in a quiet area away from the main road, but near enough to all the attractions. The hot tub was great to come back to after hot and busy day. The air conditioning made it more bearable for sleeping etc. as the temperature was in the 30’s. We spent every evening on the balcony looking over the lake. Overall a lovely stay. We loved lake Como.

All great apart from the kitchen could have been better equipped. There weren’t enough wine glasses, especially as there were six of us and no ice cube tray. There was a kettle but the plug didn’t fit any of the sockets! It looked like a Swiss style plug. And it would have been nice to have extra pillows.

We had a very nice family stay here. Beautiful view and everything what we need was inside - fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. The place was clean and looked good. Ferry station and restaurants in walking distance. Overall positive experience. Kitchen deserves more compliments as we had everything I can imagine for cooking and dining - all sorts of plates, bowls, pots etc. I liked also to find boardgames and books as well as toys for children (that was a treasure box, we didn't realise that we had it until day 3 or something).

Some small things I would appreciate to have in a house: shoe rack next to the entrance, shelf in shower to put your toiletries, cushions for chairs (metallic chairs were really cold to seat both outside and inside). As a remark - the narrow street we've been located was not really for cars neither for pedestrian - it's a mix. I believe it's just normal for the location, all the streets are looking the same way, but I had to pay extra attention when we walked there with a small kid (as some cars were actually driving fast).

Apartament był brudny, taras również. Uszkodzone- zacinające się rolety zewnętrzne prawie we wszystkich pomieszczeniach, wypadające z szyn drzwi kabiny prysznicowej. Brudna deska toaletowa., zakurzone półki w szafkach. W dolnej części apartamentu nieprzyjemny zapach, jakby wilgoci. W nocy rury kanalizacyjne wydawały dziwne dźwięki, najprawdopodobniej były pozapychane. Konieczność wysłania mailem kser dokumentów (dowód lub paszport) do zameldowania.

Goedwerkende airco, locatie

Slecht werkende jacuzzi, teveel chloor daardoor handdoeken en zwemkleding beschadigd. Na bericht aan ilovecomo werd de jacuzzi hersteld. Ligbedden voldeden niet. Schroeven zaten los. Heb sleutel inbus gekocht en heb deze zelf vastgezet. Oven was vuil en niet onderhouden(gekuist). Douchekop kon niet worden vastgezet.
