The Amelie House is a coastal sanctuary nestled within the Cape Greco National Park, offering a unique blend of natural tranquility and modern luxury. Bordering the protected Pyrki Nature Reserve, this four-bedroom villa provides a secluded escape while remaining just a short stroll from the turquoise waters of the award-winning Konnos Bay.
The heart of the property is its meticulously designed garden, which features a meander of wooden decks and lush greenery. Guests can enjoy a private pool with optional heating, a high-spec jacuzzi with a heavy safety lid for child security, and a shaded gazebo perfect for relaxation. The outdoor space is further enhanced by a sound system, a dedicated BBQ area, an outdoor shower, and a private orchard filled with fruit-bearing trees.
The interior is refined for maximum comfort, starting with a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with sofas and a large entertainment center featuring international channels and electronic consoles.
