We stayed at this villa (No. 39) resort and we were blown away by every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, even way before that, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The service was impeccable – quick, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. Every request was met efficiently, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the stunning Konnos Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. It’s the perfect balance between serene seclusion and easy access to nearby attractions. The villa design and layout were simply breathtaking – stylish, modern, and seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings. You could tell that every detail, from the architecture to the interior decor, was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The scenery was equally mesmerizing. Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the sparkling coastline, the views from the villa were like something out of a dream. We were also thoroughly impressed by the amenities – a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, relaxing outdoor lounge areas, and everything you’d need for a comfortable and indulgent stay. We even had our own lift in the house! How fun! The food was another highlight. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I recommend the shrimp sanagaki at Tetra restaurant, but absolutely every dish was top notch. To top it all off, the prices were more than reasonable considering the premium experience we received. The value for money here is exceptional, especially given the high quality of service and facilities. Thank you the Front Desk support, Eva and Victoria ❤️ You made it smooth and perfect!

Great rooms with all your needs. Every room with bathroom and TV. Huge space in the main area, living room and kitchen . Great facilities I wish i had more time to enjoy the spa and the bar Great staff and room service. Full privacy. This is another level in the local villas you know.

The property itself is magnificent... it's well-built to the highest possible standards for a luxury resort in Cyprus. It had all the amenities one would expect from a full-service restaurant, a gym, a kids' play area, and access to a private, stunning beach (albeit a rocky one, but with stunning waters if you're looking for scuba diving or diving experiences). The villa itself was new, well furnished to modern standards, with a nice big and deep private pool, which is not usual for private pools, our 2 bedroom villa had 3 bathrooms and a private elevators to shuttle us to the 2nd level where all the bedrooms were located, and the 3rd level where the stunning roof-top terrace was located, with amazing views of the sea shore facing the property. The villa has digital access to room service through the TV screen, and any other requests one might have during their stay, and in most cases, our requests were addressed promptly without delays. Overall, the hard product (the infrastructure) exceeded our expectations for a property of this value.

What we had issues with and where the property management can improve is more training to the staff in customer service, where we had a major glitch when we arrived to the property around 6pm past our official checkin time(5pm), and we were informed by the reception staff that our villa was not yet ready for checkin, and to our further shock we were met with a very impartial response from the staff regarding the expected late checkin time!!! We ended up checking into our villa by 7 pm (2 hours later than official check-in time)! Personally, i think that this might not have been the mistake of the reception staff, who tried their best to solve the issue and accommodate our shock and discomfort. I think the issue was a miscommunication between the cleaning department and the reception, where the cleaning department prioritises their cleaning schedule without proper communication with the front desk, who have access to client arrival and departure data. From our experience, we think that the cleaning staff require more attention, in terms of their work scheduling. At the end, i believe that a property with such a strong (hard product) should be matched with a solid (soft product) to be perceived as an ultra luxury destination, and thats a message to the management to get involved and streamline the cleaning department issues and provide front desk staff with further training in customer service. Also, the menu at the restaurant can be expanded to include more options in the future, although this is not a deal breaker, as the available menu was sufficient for most tastes. Overall, we would return to the property in the future; however, we will ensure that the check-in time is guaranteed before we finalise our booking with them.

Amazing villa! Very comfortable, with elevator, underground parking for 2 cars and sea view. Clean pool and good sun beds. All the rooms have enough space and own bathrooms. Excellent air conditioning system with fresh air. Kitchen has all needed appliances. Very close to the beach.

The villa was very comfortable and well decorated, we enjoyed our stay. The rooftop terrace was amazing and the private pool area as well. People working there were very nice and helpful. Restaurant and room service was 5 star! The proximity to the beach and cave greco walking trail is a huge plus.

Location is not the best, you need a car

The villas were secure, clean and luxurious in style. Location to beach was great and short 10 minute drive into Protaras. Staff very helpful.

The villa behind the one we stayed in was getting renovated so 4 out of the 7 days was quite noisy.

The villa is very luxurious and includes 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. The entire house is operated by a smart home system, including lighting, curtains, air conditioning, and heating. The villa features a private pool and underground parking for two cars. It offers direct access to the beach and is located in a quiet neighborhood within a stunning nature reserve.

No fan on the veranda! A/c switched off every time a window or door opened! A barbecue should be included in the villa! Clean towels for beach/pool and bath should be provided daily not every 2-3 days

Few amenities, very dirty (full of dust), staff doesn’t clean well, poor breakfast buffet, has a water cut, villa is very vertical. (Small floors, lots of stairs), not kid friendly
