Enjoyed our stay however improvements could be made to enhance the villa

Really nice sized pool , single level Annex, 5 bedrooms for large family

Small BBQ is inadequate for a villa which is for large groups, had no grill. Sun loungers on the grass area need painting or replacing, look very tatty. Loose tiles around the pool that move which can trap little fingers. Outside space such as decking needs some care and the villa is looking tired in places, would benefit from redecorating. Being the first villa on the complex it gets a lot of buggies and quad bikes riding up trying to access nature reserve. These vehicles are very noisy. Fence around the pool particularly on the complex entrance side is too low, lack of privacy as everyone who walked passed looked in.

- Outside space/pool & dining great. - Size of property. - Speedy response to few minor issues/requests. - great restaurants nearby.

- Located at junction with sign for nature trail. Constant flow of loud quad bikes/buggies entering and having to manoeuvre out due to no entry barrier (loud engines and shouting!). Minor points of feedback for info/assistance; - loose drain covers around pool - would greatly help if provided additional keys, as we had to continually pass between family members to keep house secure (small children sleeping during day) - side gate not secure (didn’t close and too low) - access to hoover would have been wonderful

Great staff communication. We had a few special requests and the staff was responsive and fast. The house is big and with extra room by the pool to endure 7 children (1 witha wheelchair) and 5 adults at ease. Excellent location! With nice view in 5 minutes walk. Also close to Konnos beach and 8 minutes drive to Fig tree beach.

The water pressure was low, the pillows were not comfortable to our taste and 1 of the shower drains is not designed well enough so we had a few floods. Also, no body mirrors in the house so the ladies had to improvise solutions. Lastly, due to the heat a small vent will do an amazing effect while sitting outside.

Here is everything what you may need to spend good time on Cyprus with family and friends

We enjoyed the stay very much. Hosts were very helpful, villa was equipped in all we wanted. Close to the beach (although the road was quite difficult), close to the tasty tavern - 100m, close to the city center (by car). Great swimming pool, bbq, projector with Netflix etc. We can recommend this villa to anyone who wants to spend good time with family and friends

The rooms, and pool were especially nice. But the entire villa was lovely and clean. The host was great and left us too it, offering advise on the area.

Overall the place was very good. Some mattresses need to be changed and the fridge was problematic. But for a weekend to the pool is a perfect place Very clean and fully furnitured

Perfect holiday!

Viihtyisä alue, aurinkotuoleja riittävästi isollekkin porukalle. Uima-allas hyvän kokoinen ja puhdas, allasta käytiin puhdistamassa muutaman päivän välein. Muurahaisia ei ollut jos huolehtii ettei ruuan muruja jää maahan tai lattialle. Lapset tykkäsivät lemmikissoista, jotka asustelivat alueella. Kaksi kaunista uimarantaa kävelymatkan päässä, toinen kivikkoinen Turtle beach, jossa näimme kilpikonnan ja toinen hienohiekkainen Konnos beach. Täydellinen loma rentoutumiseen ja aurinkoon!

Siivousvälineitä ja aineita voisi olla enemmän. Ihmiset ajelivat Villan vieressä jatkuvasti, koska luulivat pääsevänsä siitä rannalle. Risteyksessä voisi olla umpikujan osoittava liikennemerkki.
