About this cottage rental
This beautiful three-bedroom beach cottage is situated in the perfect location, with 10 metres of private beach and simply breath taking views of The English Channel beyond.
Located in the small coastal town of Pevensey Bay you are just a 10 minute stroll to the local shops, cafes and restaurants. The larger towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill can be reached within a short 15 minute drive.
All though it is hard to look anywhere else this wonderful home isn't just all about the views, the clever open layout and attention to detail has really made this property a comfortable home from home.
The open plan living area benefits from a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast island, a cosy living area with an L-shaped sofa and smart TV. With an added touch of luxury there is a gorgeous piano that sits next to the glass fronted patio doors where you can create an evening song.
The bedrooms have been well furnished with the master bedroom enjoying a king bedroom and a private terrace over looking Pevensey Bay. The second room is a twin room and the third bedroom is a quadruple room with two sets of bunkbeds.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over and all linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels), for stays of two weeks or more, a second set will be provided.
One well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.
The property has free WiFi throughout and also has two off road parking spaces at the front of the property.

Marvellous views over the sea.Walk to the town is about 20 mins.Very uncomfortable if walking on the shingle but ok on the road.Good food at the Indian,fish and chip shop and the local pub.Sovreighn harbour about 10 min drive with restaurants and a large Asda with plenty of free parking

We had a fabulous time in Pevensey Bay. The house is lovely in a great location, straight onto the beach which made my husband very happy as he didn't have far to go to do some fishing! Only thing to be aware of are the 6 big lorries and bull dozer going up and down the beach, apparently they are moving a chunk of the beach from one end to the other but they start at about 8.30 in the morning through to about 6pm and they pass by the house about every 40 minutes. You get used to it after a while but it was a bit of a surprise on the 1st morning as we were wondering what the noise was. It didn't detract from our holiday though and the house is beautifully done and fully equipped. Pevensey itself has a lovely bakery, tackle shop, hair and beauty salons, surgery, pharmacy and a well stocked convenience store all within a short walk from the house. The kiosk is also well stocked should you not want to venture too far.
