The shower was good. And the place was very convenient for what we wanted, near the station. Close to shops, lovely restaurants and the seaside..

Would have been nice to have had a dressing table in the main bedroom instead of putting stuff on the radiator top instead. Some nets or blinds at the front windows would have been nice , seeing as double decker buses are at eye level to the windows. .

A very spacious flat indeed, and the high ceilings were most welcome as we were staying during a heatwave. Lovely furnishings, a great shower with perfect temperature and power, and a well-equipped kitchen. The flat is a few steps away from grocery shops, cafes, and pubs, and in walking distance of the beach too. The road noise is not obtrusive, it's just general town bustle, and you are surrounded by seagulls and pigeons. In summer, they start their day early! Some white noise sorted this out just fine though. Parking is available nearby, and though the road outside the flat is busy at times there's usually enough of a gap in the traffic to pause outside to unload/load and then park properly afterwards. The owner has clear rules and expectations for the stay and how to leave the flat upon leaving - it's shame this has had to be spelled out in such detail as it suggests poor Jason has had some tricky messes to clean up in the past. This beautiful flat deserves care though, so please be respectful.

This is a lovely property in the heart of Seaford, with shops, bakeries and restaurants right on your doorstep and the beach just a short walk away. The properties large roomie and had everything we needed.

Nothing

A really lovely apartment, ideally located in the centre of Seaford. Check in was hassle free and keyless entry works well. Although there is no parking outside it was no problem to find a space nearby at the end of the day and overnight. The two hours parking means you don't have to move the car until 10am in the morning. The apartment was immaculate and had everything needed for a short stay. Warm and bright. :)

The only minor thing to note is that the traffic noise in the master bedroom is quite noticeable up until midnight. The rest of the apartment is quiet.
