Excellent accomodation. Very clean. Quiet. Everything excellent quality. Great location.

Outside stairs access gate/lock.

We stayed for Christmas and spent most of the time with family but it’s a lovely, clean, well appointed apartment, you can tell the owners have put in a lot of effort with the furniture and fixtures and fittings etc. would be amazing in the summer!

Great size apartment for us, our dog and 3yr old. Lovely decor and furnishings throughout so we felt comfortable and at home. Some lovely bits left for us to help settle in. Nice and warm for a winter stay and very comfortable bed! Very accommodating to dogs too.

Helpful to be aware the apartment is very central so it was a little noisy from the pub next door and early morning trucks outside (deliveries, bin men). But to be expected with the location and we were otherwise very happy to be so central and close to the beach.

Beautiful apartment, with such an impressive attention to detail. Welcome basket, including information on the property & local information. Lovely & warm throughout my stay (easy to use freestanding temperature adjustment keypad if required). Comfortable bed, lovely cotton bed linen. Soft towels. Plenty of hot water & powerful shower in a gorgeous 'footed' bath. Well-equipped kitchen/apartment in general. Central location (above the gorgeous Sussex Art Prints Gallery for Art/gifts/cards) & Church Lane Tea Room for Coffee/Breakfast (Lunch/Tea!). Moments from the famous Osborne's Chip shop. Would definitely recommend.
