Loved that it could accommodate extra family members for one of the nights of our stay - also its central location, within walking distance of the rail station, the sea, and eateries. Also appreciated the ability to run a load of laundry - this was the midpoint of a longer uk visit for us.
It was a little pricey, thought perhaps justified given the # people it can accommodate.

Location was perfect. Right on the high street. Loads of resaurants, cafes, takeaways plus usual shops - boots, wh smiths, independent book store. Big Morrisons and a Tesco Metro at the other end of the high street.
Beach 5 mins walk away with instant access to the cliff paths and beauty of the south downs.
Light bright kitchen with seating for 6.
We parked on the street to unload/pack but left the car in the nearby carpark for the rest of the time.
Not sure we ever mastered the timing for hot showers. Mine were barely warm and I was often first in. Teenagers getting up later seemed to have more luck! (Didn't remember to ask about this during our stay - enjoying busy days! - so not a reflection on communication)

Good location. Clean. Comfy beds. Visited at Christmas and property was nicely decorated with a tree, festive dishes, cushions and towels.
Weather was cold but the apartment was cosy and warm to return to.
Window in upstairs bathroom needs attention as it cannot be closed leading to a cold room.
