The artwork on the walls. Variety and cleanliness of appliances, shower, bedding, towels.
The mattress on the bed in second bedroom was very poor indeed Other guests have also complained about it in reviews it dipped down the centre and caused backache for an adult using it. It's designed for children's use, probably. Very seriously, it needs new, better quality mattress.

Great location with parking on the road nearby. Warm and cosy, very spacious for us.
An old house which obviously suffered from a bit of damp - we hid the room freshners as they were a bit overpowering but we did put them back! Not a problem.

Couldn’t get TV to work properly, could only get Netflix.
Twin room beds (pull out) not very comfortable !
Some signs and smell of damp and black mould.
Couldn’t lock the main door on departure.
