Lovely place to stay as a group, beautiful location and cute little cabins with everything you need

We booked this for a birthday celebration, it was very easy to find, in a beautiful location with sea views, a local town was very close, a quiet area, cabins were very private too. Hot chocolate and marshmallows was a nice addition. The wood got stocked up daily for hot tub and fire use. The owner was very helpful when we had a small issue with the door not working, it got resolved quickly. Perfect for dogs. We had a beautiful black Labrador visit us too☺️Would highly recommend!

Only small issue we had was the door not working on our first night but it got sorted very quickly. The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner, there was dead flies in the shower and hairs on the towels, the toilet seat was loose and broke off completely on the last day. There are wheel barrels to carry your things in but when we checked out there was no sign of one despite us being the only people there, we had to do 3-4 trips back and forth which when you have sciatica is very uncomfortable and difficult. I would recommend to bring oven gloves too.

The DVD player was unfortunately broken but was quickly replaced - unfortunately the second didn't work either though :(

Hot tub, wood burner, bathroom was ok

The location is right next to a busy main road, and the traffic noise is significant. There is no pleasant area nearby for walks. The space itself is very small, with no wardrobe or hangers — just a few tiny shelves. In the kitchen, the fridge barely worked and there was no microwave. Cleanliness was a real issue: all cups and glasses were sticky and dirty, and we had to rewash them ourselves. The most shocking part was the duvet — on our very first night we noticed a strong smell of urine. When we removed the cover, we discovered huge stains (photo attached). Absolutely unacceptable. We ended up sleeping under a blanket we had luckily brought with us. Overall, this stay was a major disappointment and we cannot recommend it.
