Parking on site - Beach view - large open rooms and well equipped Kitchen. Plenty of hot water.
First floor toilet needs more power in the flush.

The location was lovely right on the beach front and accessible to town and trains.
It feels really unloved. It could be a great house to stay in for a holiday but the house could do with a really good clean. Lots of dust and cob webs all around the house. Food residue on plates, cups had tea marks around the rim. Oven doesn’t work and the towels all smelt fusty.
