A fantastic spot right amongst amazing places to visit, clean house, some great art, pop culture and rock band posters - and pops of personality made for a comfortable and fun place to stay, great info available on good visits, walks, eats and places of interest. Short drive to stunning locations, and seaford is a great town full of great pubs, restautants and a lovely seafront. Highly recommend. The video also made it easy to spot and had 2 convenient shops less than minute away.

There was an amazing vinyl collection - but the needle on the record player needs replacing, would have loved a listen to some of the great collection!

Quirky home from home feel. Excellent location & for the purpose of our stay (Daughters Graduation in Brighton). Seaford was a nice relaxing place to visit & we've been lucky with fantastic weather.

Constructive criticism... Whoever is looking after this property is doing the homeowner a disservice, everything in the kitchen was filthy, we had to put plates/cutlery through the dishwasher first. NO kitchen roll provided, No loo roll, No bin liners, only 1 teatowel, & the microfiber towels in the bedrooms/bathroom are cheap & nasty. This could be a potential goldmine made so much better by having the basics such as needing a deep thorough clean & a bit more care & attention to detail/better order within kitchen items & presentation, microwave & oven were visually dirty, fridge & freezer needs a good defrost & clean, only 2 little saucepans - why? the place is for 5 to 6 people.... it's as though every item has been purchased from a charity shop (no full sets of anything) eclectic & random. We also had to clean the outside furniture & cushions covered in bird poo. Information book could do with updating & being more informative, ie where spare towels are kept in bedroom draws etc & the guest book looks like it's been made by a child with only 1 review in it from 2024. Despite these minor niggles, we had a fantastic time/stay. Thankyou ♡
