About this house rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This beautiful countryside home is located in Dunboyne, Co. Meath right outside Dublin City (25mins) and only 20 minutes from Dublin Airport, 5 mins drive from train station.
Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is 10:00.
This home is well equipped with 5G wifi, two cosy indoor fireplaces, AGA cooker, pool table, BBQ with outdoor dining area and a 4 person Canadian Spa Hot tub.
Totally safe for family stays as the home is located on a quiet country road, behind electronic gates!
About The Home:
-There are 4 bedrooms; bedroom 1 & 2 have king size beds and an ensuite. Bedroom 3 has a double sized bed, while bedroom 4 has a single bed - both bedrooms boast large wardrobes and spacious desks. All bedrooms are located right beside a large upstairs bathroom with a beautiful bath.
-We strive to make our guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible, we allow dogs and have a large run with a comfortable kennel for your furry friends. Our house has an inviting and relaxing sense and really does feel special to stay in. Be sure to check out our guidebook for all information on public transport and sightseeing!
About the House:
Most recently we have built an outdoor hot tub area that is covered by a beautiful wooden pergola and floored with large patio slabs. There is steps leading through the trees to reach the hot tub which gives a really unique feeling before you immerse yourself in the soothing warmth of the bubbling hot tub while surrounded by the crisp, fresh air of the Irish outdoors. Whether you're stargazing under the clear night sky or enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature, our outdoor spa hot tub provides the perfect oasis for a rejuvenating getaway. Unwind, recharge, and embrace the serenity of your private retreat just outside the heart of Irelands capital city.

Guests commented on how elegent the stonework on the house looks and the private the property feels. The countryside sense of birds in the trees and horses in the adjacent fields but yet you are only 20 minutes to the airport and 25 minutes to Dublin city centre. Many golfers love how close the property is to many of Irelands best golf courses such as Carton House, The K club, Powerscourt, Castleknock golf course, Westmanstown, Blackbush, Portmarknock and many more.
Everyone loved the closeness to many of Irelands great attractions such as the Hill of Tara, Newgrange, Emerald Park, The Phoenix Park which is home to Dublin zoo, along with the nearby walkways and beautiful scenery as well as the local village of Dunboyne. Others have really enjoyed our sitting room with the pool table that has an old speaker system with many classic CD's to be played. The large front and back garden make it ideal to sit outside and enjoy a BBQ with family or friends!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful country home. The house was clean, beautifully maintained, and smelled wonderful. The hosts thoughtfully provided everything we needed to get started. The location was ideal—peaceful, yet only about 20 minutes from the airport. We especially loved their sweet dogs! The only downside was one night when the dogs barked incessantly, which disrupted our sleep a bit. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we’d definitely consider staying again.

Maurice is a great guy. Very thorough, made us feel very welcome. The house is as described, old farmhouse with loads of charm. The hot tub is a nice touch. The location was good, close to Dublin but outside the city.The showers were amazing and loads of toilet paper (4 ladies on the trip). If you like dogs, the springer spaniels are a treat!! A couple of things we weren’t happy with include: mismatched utensils, some dirty cups, dusty spaces (and spiders) and uncomfortable mattresses.But all in all, it was a lovely stay.
