The location is central and close to transportation.

The location is excellent, with easy access to both the bus and metro, and it’s also within walking distance of the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The shower had great water pressure with reliable hot and cold water.

We stayed for five nights during a heatwave with temperatures close to 40°C. In those conditions, I would have expected the room to be serviced at least twice to empty the bins and replace the towels, but it was only cleaned once during our stay. The air conditioning also struggled to cool the room and mainly benefited the person sleeping closest to the unit, while the rest of the room remained uncomfortably hot. For a room accommodating four guests, the mini-fridge was too small. Although the spa bath was a nice feature, the space might be better used for a fan to improve air circulation or an extra table and chairs so everyone can sit comfortably. Finally, the coffee machine in the shared kitchen was in poor condition and could use replacing.

The room was very clean and there was a good amount of room for 3 people. The aircon unit was fantastic for the heat. Metro directly outside and relatively close to all of the main attractions, making it quite easy to walk everywhere if you don't mind waking for 20-40 mins

Location is great, very close to Termini and the metro station just in front of the entrance of the building. Very easy to find the building, and the process of self check-in is very detailed and clear.

Lack of comfort due to several reasons. 1. A lot of noise from everywhere due to absence of sound insolation from the room next door and the corridor, nor from the exterior: the balcony door is very old and made in wood, thus it doesn't close very tight. There was a lot of noise in the inner courtyard, as well as very strong smell from the Chinese restaurant below - basically, you cannot open the balcony door to let some air in, cause it's always coming with a lot of noise and a strong smell of food. 2. There's not enough of hot water for everyone in a rush hour. In the morning, it was impossible to take a shower cause the boiler wasn't providing enough of hot water for all the rooms. You had to think in advance how to plan your showers so you can have enough of hot water. 3. Very few place for storage in the room as well as in the bathroom. It would be nice to add some shelves where people could put their things during the stay. Also, there's no hooks or anything for towels to dry. 4. On the pictures in the description of double room with balcony, there's a picture of a shower cabin in a bathroom in plus to the bathtub inside the room. This is not corresponding to reality. There's no shower cabin in the WC. There's just a bathtub inside the room and that's it.
