Enjoy the private garden and both covered and open terraces. The outdoor heated pool (8x5x1.40 m), sand-filtered and chlorine-free, is accessible from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The pool area is fully secured and reserved for guests; the owners may access it discreetly. An outdoor shower is available.



You have access to 3 shared parking spaces, a communal bike storage room, and 3 available bicycles. Other shared facilities include a ping-pong table and a pétanque court. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed on the property.



Located at the end of a secure cul-de-sac in a forest of Aleppo pines, the house offers peace and a perfect location between Vaucluse, Drôme, and Ardèche. Explore nearby Provençal villages (Vaison, Orange, Nyons), Mont Ventoux, and Pont du Gard. The hosts live on site (in a separate dwelling) and are available to assist you. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee.
