The stone property, with a surface area of 258 m², combines traditional charm and modern comfort.



Main House: Upon entering, you'll be charmed by the warm atmosphere of the house. The spacious living-dining room, with polished concrete floor and fireplace, offers a comfortable space to relax with family. Large fully equipped kitchen: Ideal for preparing delicious family meals, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook like at home. You'll also find a laundry room for added convenience.



Upstairs, a mezzanine open to the living room offers a workspace and a relaxation area with television. The sleeping area, isolated by a wrought iron glass door for more privacy, offers a peaceful retreat to rest after a day of exploration. You'll find

a double room with a king-size bed, closets, including a separate shower room and shared toilet.
