Beautiful property in Rochegude, south of the Drôme Provençale, between Orange and Vaison la romaine.
This villa with an area of 200 m2 not overlooked on a closed and wooded plot of 3000 m2, will seduce you with its tranquility and charm.
Pool side (5m x 10m) with its pool house and deckchairs and armchairs at your disposal, you can let yourself be lulled by the concert of cicadas and the song of birds under the pines and oaks which remind us that here it is already Provence of "F. Mistral ".
The village of Rochegude is located south of the Drôme Provençale, between Orange and Vaison la Romaine. You can not miss its castle dating from the 12th century (castles and relay) perched on a hillock, overlooking a vast plain of vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône.
You will find the property on the heights of the village, between vineyards and forests. Its landscaped grounds offer, among other things, a pétanque area, a pool house and its beaches equipped with exterior lighting.
This very bright south-facing villa has large bay windows giving access to several terraces, one of which is 50m2. It is equipped with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture for convivial meals.
On the ground floor, the contemporary and spacious kitchen opens onto the dining room and the large open plan living room. Three bay windows open onto this large terrace. All rooms are air conditioned independently.
The 3 bedrooms on the ground floor share the bathroom and WC. The laundry room is located at the back.
Upstairs you will find a master suite with a bathroom (double sink and walk-in shower), a separate toilet and a large, very bright office space.
