About this house rental
Breathtaking view for this beautiful house of 170m2 also including an independent apartment of 50m2 or 220m2 of living space with a large terrace of 90m2 and heated swimming pool in the middle of the vineyards.
On the terrace you will have a large masonry barbecue and a very nice dining area with a round table.
You are quiet in the middle of vineyards, lavender fields and hills while being close to a motorway exit and entrance (15 minutes max) which allows you to fully enjoy the region and in particular to reach the creeks in 1h15/30
The house is composed of:
- 2 'sleeping areas' each comprising 2 bedrooms, a shower room or bathroom and 1 WC for more independence
-A living room with flat screen TV, sofa and armchair
-A fully-equipped kitchen
-A dining room
-An air-conditioned apartment (located under the terrace and open onto the swimming pool) with a second fitted kitchen, a living room with sofa and flat screen TV, a bedroom, a shower room and a WC included in the rental of the house.
Attention from the month of September to the end of April the apartment is not part of the rental. It is occupied by the guardians of the house. The house can therefore accommodate 8 people. You have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
-A large terrace of 88 m2 open to the kitchen and overlooking the swimming pool (including 40 m2 covered) with:
A double masonry barbecue.
A white resin garden table that can accommodate 12 place settings.
10 garden chairs in white resin.
