A fantastic place to stay

A fantastic place to stay. Nothing is too much trouble and Eric is extremely knowledgable about the local area/restaurants. Breakfast was great with great views of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding hills. The property has an excellent bike storage area as well.

Perfect base to explore beautiful Provence wine and food.

The location was quiet and close enough to some lovely restaurants, markets etc. Rooms were very comfortable with beautiful linen bedding. The pool was a bonus for warm afternoons including a great outdoor kitchen for preparing a cheese plate or a gourmet meal. Eric was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect accommodation to enjoy the best places of the PROVENCE within short distances

Exceptionally beautiful location within short distances to main sightseeing and amenities and other places. Great host, delicious breakfast as commented by many, ERIK`S Crepes are truly next level. A wonderful place to enjoy the best of the PROVENCE Night linen and bed one of the best 100% satisfied and would return within a blink of an eye and recommend it to anyone who loves a private place in wonderful surroundings with a fantastic view

Eric was so welcoming and kind! He gave great advice about bakeries, sights, restaurants, parking - everything you want to know to make the most of your vacation. My family also loved the excellent swimming pool. Spacious accommodations, beautiful kitchen. Excellent location. We hope to return!!

Fabulous, tranquil, very comfortable stay in a beautiful provencal setting.

The Lavender Gite was well equipped, tastefully decorated and spacious. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Our private terrace had stunning views towards Mont Ventoux and over the beautiful countryside. The grounds and pool were gorgeous with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. It was very peaceful. Eric was a super friendly and helpful host.

What a beautiful place! And what a view at Mont Ventoux. Breakfast was very good, swimming pool was beautiful and the shared kitchen in the pool house was very conveniënt traveling with two young kids.

Exceptional building, place and owners!

It was absolutly wonderful! Old house refurbished with love, tastefully and a unique merge between modern and country style. I can only imagine the tremendous work that Eric and Ildiko have done there. Astonishing surroundings, garden, pool and a beautiful distance walk to Crestet. WOW, what a village! The cottage was simply perfect, fully equipated, and cozy atmosphere. Our very sincere gratitude for your attention, tips and recomendation!! Hope we can see you again.

Best stay in the area of Mont Ventoux!

Everything. The warm welcome made us feel immediately at ease. The best stay I ever had! The hosts, the room, the breakfast and its patio, the swimming pool, the pool house and its kitchen we could use, the view, ... I might forget something. We definitely will come back.

What didn't I like? Nothing at all! Everything, really everything was perfect!

Wunderschöner und sonniger Aufenthalt in Ermitage Crestet!

Das Anwesen von Eric ist herrlich gelegen, umgeben von Olivenhainen und Weinbergen. Ein Kleinod! Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Das Appartement im Erdgeschoss ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt. Einmal hatte Eric ein tolles, sehr leckeres Abendessen für alle Gäste gekocht - Bravo! Eric ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, gibt wertvolle Tips für Fahrradrouten. Auch unser Hündchen hat sich wohlgefühlt! Wir können Ermitage Crestet wärmstens empfehlen!

Eine kleine Sache: Vorsicht bei den Stufen, im Appartement und im Entree.

Un petit paradis pour se ressourcer pas loin du Mont Ventoux

L'accueil d'Eric et sa capacité à comprendre rapidement les attentes de ses hôtes et à pouvoir leur proposer des bons plans en fonction de leur profil. Dogfriendly: un must pour Eugène Le pool house et sa cuisine pour permettre aux hôtes de pouvoir cuisiner ou prendre l'apéro sur place. La situation de l'établissement -le parking voitures et local vélo sécurisé - la piscine avec vue - la grandeur des chambres et le style.

Ermitage is een klein paradijsje aan de voet van de Ventoux.

Elke ochtend was een feestje om te gaan ontbijten. Eric en Aurélie (vader en dochter) deden er alles aan om het iedereen naar de zin te maken. Er was een zeer uitgebreide keuze aan gerechten en vaak ook een verrassinkje van Eric erbij. Bovendien was het met andere gasten aan de lange tafel zitten supergezellig. Twee keer per week werd er gekookt voor de gasten (tables d'hotes) en dat was erg lekker en gezellig want het zorgde voor leuke gesprekken met de medegasten. De talen varieerden van Frans, naar Engels, naar Duits en Nederlands en wat ertussen in :) En last but not least: het prachtige uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux en de Baronnies. Eric en Aurélie zijn echt superleuke en gastvrije eigenaren en mede door hen was het een bijzonder fijn verblijf. De poolhouse was fantastisch ingericht om te koken, gezellig aan tafel te zitten en te kijken naar het fijne zwembad en de mooie omgeving. Zeker weten dat wij hier volgend jaar weer naartoe gaan.

Magnifique bâtisse au calme dans un décor de rêve

L’emplacement avec une vue magnifique, literie très confortable, chambre joliment décorée. Grande piscine de 14 m permettant de nager. Super accueil et petits déjeuner impeccable.

Zeer prettig verblijf

De prachtige locatie met zicht op de Mont Ventoux, ook vanuit de kamer. Mooi zwembad, comfortabele bedden, propere kamer, aparte slaapruimte voor de kinderen, goed werkende airco, handdoeken ter beschikking etc. Handige ruimte in de poolhouse met beveiligingscode om fietsen veilig te stallen. Beveiligde poort aan de parking om auto veilig te parkeren. Een toilet in de poolhouse was ook heel handig. Daardoor hoefde je niet helemaal naar de kamer. Het was leuk om buiten te kunnen ontbijten. Heel prettig waren ook de fijne gesprekken en de interessante tips van de eigenaar. De eigenaar deed ook speciaal de moeite om het ontbijt op zaterdagavond klaar te zetten voor de wielerwedstrijd van zondag, zodat je heel vroeg kon opstaan. Ook zeer interessant en nuttig was de uitgebreide gids die de eigenaar ter beschikking stelde over restaurants in de buurt en allerlei andere info. Je kon deze ook al op voorhand digitaal raadplegen. Dit heeft ons veel opzoekingswerk bespaard. Chapeau!
