About this villa rental
Nestled between the Drôme Provençale and the Vaucluse, this 210m2 family home is surrounded by a 2000m2 garden with heated swimming pool, renovated in 2024, and a bowling alley dating from 2023. From the garden, a window opens onto Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. The maximum occupancy is 8 adults and 4 enfants.La villa is available for rent exclusively for family stays, in order to preserve the neighborhood from noise pollution.
The first floor is composed of a double living room with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, as well as a billiard table for games at the end of the day. In addition, an open but independent room hosts the TV area. Also on the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with King Size bed, dressing room and bathroom with double sink, bath, Italian shower and toilet. Air conditioning is installed in the double living room.
Finally, on the first floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Upstairs, you will find 1 master suite with its private bathroom, equipped with a completely new shower and sink. 2 other adult bedrooms also open onto the garden and its swimming pool. Finally, a children's room with 4 beds and 1 baby bed are located opposite the other rooms. A new independent bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet completes the offer. Air conditioning is present in each room.
Outside, you will find a summer lounge, an Emu table and benches for 12 people. A FORGE ADOUR plancha completes the terrace (No barbecue),

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is great and as described. Very comfortable and located in a great part of the “Drôme provençal”. We specially liked the open space downstairs. We will try to rent it again!
