About this villa rental
The 220m² Villa is located at "the gates to Provence" in a quiet area in the heights, close to forests and to the city center with a lot of shops.
Completely independent. The 1100m² enclosed garden, the covered swimming pool with openable shelter and its pool-house (bar, fridge, shower and toilet), the large terrace and it's ample spaces both inside and outside, the villa is the ideal place for your holidays with your family or friends. Classified 2022 by the Tourism Ministry with **** (4 stars).
The well-equipped Provençal-style kitchen with access to the terrace, the large bright dining room and the attached living room with a fireplace, the 5 large bedrooms (including 2 with en-suite shower and washbasin) nicely decorated according to themes (Rosemary, Lavender, Sunflower, Vines and Petit Price) will immerse you directly in the holiday spirit.
On the ground floor you will find:
- the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two fridges including an American type with ice cube production, oven and microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary tools to prepare your meals, as well as air conditioning
- a large dining room with table and the living room with two large sofas, a fireplace, air conditioning, 52" TV with soundbar, DVD player
- 1 separate toilet with washbasin
- 1 large bedroom (Vignes) with 160x200 bed with an en-suite wellness shower and washbasin
Upstairs you will find:
- 1 large bedroom (Rosmarin) with 160x200 bed with en-suite wellness shower and washbasin,
- 1 large bedroom (Lavende) with 160x200 bed and sofa,
- 1 large bedroom (Sunflower) with 160x200 bed
- 1 large bedroom (Little Prince) with 2 bunk beds and a collection of games for children
- 1 separate toilet with washbasin,
