The 2,500 m² garden is wooded (with truffle oaks and fruit trees), landscaped, and unfenced. Everything is designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. The 8x4m pool, complete with a pool cover, lounge chairs, and a sofa, completes the setting. A pétanque court under the oak trees also provides a way to stay active during the summer.
The pool features a sun deck, a hydrotherapy area, and a secure roller cover.
A 40-square-meter covered terrace adjoins the living area, allowing you to enjoy breakfast and family meals outdoors.
The property is located 10 km from the highway.
Just a few minutes away by bike, you’ll find a village with a variety of shops and excellent local artisans: a bakery, a cheese shop, a grocery store, vineyards…
